For those I haven’t communicated with before I’d like to introduce myself: I’m Michael Luehr (think fishing lure) – based out of our Chicago office and I’m our Microsoft 365 Practice Manager. If you would have told me in 2012 that I would someday be working directly with Jon & Jake, I would have told you fat chance! You see, 2012 is when I first was introduced to their team back when they both worked for AXMentor. I was a System Engineer from an MSP assigned to support them for their in-house infrastructure based in a datacenter that I would never get to see – in Denmark (Special shoutout to Lauge for the remote hands when the tape deck or firewall needed to be rebooted). Fast forward to today and I’m proud to be working alongside an amazing team here at sa.global. Our newly solidified Microsoft 365 Practice is tasked with helping new clients come onboard to the Microsoft 365 platform as well as providing support to our existing clients already there. Check out this periodic table of Microsoft 365 (built by Microsoft MVP Matt Wade) to see what all is included! Over the last 2 years, we have expanded our team to include Abby to help with client management and together we have helped migrate over 60 clients into Microsoft 365 (be on the lookout for another new addition to our team too). Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions about your existing Microsoft 365 platform or if you’d like any help moving your core communication platform. We are always looking forward to partnering with new clients and seeing how best we can support their needs or assist in projects. Best, Michael Luehr, Microsoft 365 Practice Manager & Solutions Expert
