We design, implement and maintain business ready Microsoft solutions with strict compliance to standard functionality and upgradability.

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee entire full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations, from pre-sales to requirements gathering, analysis, system configuration, quality assurance, testing, training, support and ongoing solution evolution
- Work with clients and internal project teams to gather a deep understanding of client’s business, business operations and business needs to develop requirements for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX solutions
- Design sustainable, value-generating solutions leveraging proven practices of Dynamics 365 implementations
- Perform fit/gap analyses between standard Dynamics 365 functionality and client requirements
- Build and communicate accurate, customer-facing estimates for D365 solutions
- Communicate technical requirements to developer teams and oversee development to ensure technical requirements are met on time and on budget
- Work closely with D365 BC/GP and D365 Customer Engagement Practices to design integrated cross-practice solutions, including integration design and documentation
- Ensure proper documentation of client solutions, including functional and technical design documents, test scripts, and user training materials
- Lead user acceptance testing sessions and ensure proper documentation of results and manage implementation process and change orders as necessary
- Assist with the support and troubleshooting of existing Dynamics 365 implementations
- Keep up-to-date on new D365 features, applications and functionality and help to create curated client-facing summaries and upgrade plans
- Coach and support colleagues in subject matter knowledge, implementation methodologies and best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Information Technology
- Minimum five years of relevant experience and three full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations (D365FO) and AX with a focus in Financial Management
- Deep knowledge of D365/AX Finance modules and functional capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Sales Order, Fixed Assets, Projects, and other financial focused areas
- Cross-functional knowledge of two or more D365/AX modules and functional capabilities in PowerBI, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, Finance, Project Costing, and Service Management
- Knowledge of other D365/AX key functional areas including Talent, HR/Payroll, Customer Engagement (CRM), Retail, and machine learning is a plus
- Has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365/AX in a Consulting role
- Understanding of Life Cycle Services (LCS), Microsoft Sure Step, and Microsoft trends and specific best practices is a must
- Strong advisory and presentation skills
