Kellie Arnold, Solution Consultant, is best known as a tech-savvy collaborative leader with a background in project management, software implementation, training, and marketing.

Kelli has five years of experience in implementation, project management, and customer service with SAAS and ERP solutions. She recently led her company’s Dynamics 365 CRM implementation of the Service Cases, a move that streamlined its production process and introduced quantifiable KPIs.

Today she leverages her expertise to design processes to manage day-to-day operations, including failures/credit requests, task management, communication, and collaboration between sales and production. She spearheads training involved to empower all associated parties to adopt without significant disruption to their regular duties.

Kellie earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas and her Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University.
