Ryan Redmond

A six-year U.S. Navy veteran, Redmond once ran nuclear power systems aboard the USS Enterprise. He graduated cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in mechanical engineering. As an entrepreneur, Redmond founded and operated Customer Dynamics to deliver Microsoft customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. He has also served as the director of CRM development for Lilly Software and the vice president of Alpine Systems’ technical services. From his Navy experience, through college, and his career, he enjoyed working with complex systems. CE Practice Team

Today Ryan focuses on the customer side of solving complex challenges. Ryan leads a team of Consultants, Project Managers, and Developers who access, design, implement and support customer engagement software solutions.
